Technical Support Representative I - Printers / Cameras 

Our Technical Support Representatives are responsible for assisting with customer service or technical support inquiries. Customer communication may be via inbound/outbound telephone call, email, or chat services. Representatives must be skilled in using a variety of hardware and software products to analyze problems and recommend solutions. All customer interactions are documented in the Customer Relationship Management application. Technical Support Representatives create the customer’s perception of our Company and are always expected to be courteous, professional, and friendly.



Inbound Sales Representative 

Members of our inbound Sales Team are trained to be the voice and heart of Canon products. Our Inbound Sales Representatives provide product specifications and other information to customers wishing to purchase Canon products. Information provided includes product features, dealer locations, supply and accessory requirements and service options. Representatives must be skilled in demonstrating appropriate action when providing customer assistance. Sales Representatives create the customer’s perception of our Company and are always expected to be courteous, professional, and friendly.
