Prepare for Screening
The Application Review
The information you provide in your online
application allows us to determine if you are a
potential match for the job for which you have
applied. If we determine that you are a potential
match, we will contact you for a telephone screen.
The Telephone Screen
Please allow 20–30 minutes to complete this process,
as it allows us more insight into your
background and experience. It is also an opportunity
for you to learn more about the job. We also
consider whether your career goals match with the
position you have applied for — or perhaps a
different position would be more suitable. If you’re applying for a
job where technical skills are required, a technical
assessment may be administered.
