Technical Support Representative I - Printers / Cameras
Our Technical Support Representatives are responsible for assisting with customer service or technical support inquiries. Customer communication may be via inbound/outbound telephone call, email, or chat services. Representatives must be skilled in using a variety of hardware and software products to analyze problems and recommend solutions. All customer interactions are documented in the Customer Relationship Management application. Technical Support Representatives create the customer’s perception of our Company and are always expected to be courteous, professional, and friendly.

Technical Support Representative II – SLR Cameras

The Technical Support Representative II – SLR Cameras team members are responsible for assisting with customer service or technical support inquiries. Customer communication may be via inbound/outbound telephone call, email, or chat services. Representatives must be skilled in using a variety of hardware and software products to analyze problems and recommend solutions. Must possess strong skills in photography, photographic accessories, equipment, and related specific software applications. Representatives recommend solutions to customer’s customized application inquiries. All customer interactions are documented in the Customer Relationship Management application. Technical Support Representatives create the customer’s perception of our Company and are always expected to be courteous, professional, and friendly.

IT Support Coordinator
The IT Service Desk handles the majority of all internal IT related service requests. The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for resolving employee support requests to meet service level goals, as well as delivering excellent customer satisfaction. IT Support staff work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment which provides services over the phone, through e-mail, through the ticketing system, and  in person (for walk-in users). Daily routine requires prioritization, scheduling problem resolution, and escalating issues when appropriate. The Support Coordinator is required to be able troubleshoot, analyze and resolve the majority of requests. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player with the ability to manage changing priorities and work independently.
